Founder
Tijjani founded Caring Hearts out of a deep personal commitment to helping struggling communities in his home country. As someone who has seen firsthand the daily challenges of limited access to clean water, food, and basic resources, he was inspired to take action. Tijjani leads with compassion, community connection, and a powerful belief that lasting change starts with ordinary people who care.
Vice-President
Khadija brings valuable experience in nonprofit work, disaster management, case management, and disaster relief to our leadership team. With a strong background in supporting vulnerable communities during times of crisis, Khadija plays a key role in shaping our programs and responding to urgent needs on the ground. Her passion for community-led change and hands-on experience make her a trusted guide in ensuring our work is both compassionate and effective.
Treasurer
With a background in nonprofit work and a deep commitment to community support, Aisha oversees our financial operations with care and integrity. Her experience ensures that every donation is managed responsibly and directed toward meaningful impact.
